A values led approach to careers education

Talking Jobs combines in-depth video case studies with activities mapped to the ACEG Framework for teacher led careers education at key stages 3, 4, post 16. The interviewees were nominated by colleagues and employers, and cast through an online video player designed to help broaden horizons and challenge stereotypes. Ultimately it's about encouraging young people to learn from everyone in work, irrespective of role or background. Talking Jobs is independently produced and funded through licence sales and local collaborations. Impartiality is a core component of the approach.
